Stuck On Smile
early-onset-of-night:

Tattoo artist Ryan Fitzgerald from Dayton, OH was hit with a $100,000 lawsuit last week by his ex-girlfriend Rossie Brovent.  She claims that her boyfriend was supposed to tattoo a scene from Narnia on her back but instead tattooed an image of a pile of excrement with flies buzzing around it.Apparently, Ryan found out that Rossie had cheated with a long-time friend of his, but instead of confronting her about it he acted like everything was normal and hatched a plan for revenge. Originally, Rossie tried to have Ryan charged with assault, but the ingenious tattoo artist had covered his bases by plying Rossie with wine and tequila shots and getting her to sign a consent form that stated the design was “at the artist’s discretion.”No word from Rossie on whether the illicit night of passion with Ryan’s friend was worth it. Moral of the story? Never cheat on a tattoo artist.share on Facebook

The Opportunity by Stuck on Smile

I song I wrote last summer. About love and failure.

Amazing band. And they’re very pro gay rights.
Steel Train. I suggest you guys check out “Bullet.”

Just screwing around on guitar and garageband—taking a break from research.

Ocean’s Song by Aaron Mrowka

A song I created and integrated into a video I made about the Gulf Coast Oil Spill.

From a son to his mother

I know this may not be the most opportune fragment of time to unwind my mind, but it’s been slowly adding tension and soon I’d be willing to bet that another time around that spool and you’ll get a SNAP

as the elastic comes apart losing its fortitude, I don’t ever want to look at you like that again. I’ve been making strides to shake that—don’t want it ever to come back again.  I want you to know that sitting down and talking over a cup of tea is most-definitely relevant because time is moving on. Because already I’m the oldest age I’ve ever imagined myself to be

Your feelings mean that much to me. So much so, that late at night when I should be sleeping, my mind’s hamster is running nonstop on a wheel, and coating the circumference of that caged circular contraption are words.  Words that hold on tight to reality; tied to strings that dangle from the mouth of a balloon just struggling to reach the sky.

I want you know that it is at this very moment. A moment in which I seemingly am the man I’ve always hoped to be. A man of understanding and forgiveness. It is in this very fragment of time in which I wish to hear you say you love me and in return I long to wrap my arms around your shoulders, look into your eyes and tell you, I’ve only ever wanted to make you proud.

This.
